If you "cheat," you're cheating yourself. Be honest and open to what may be easier to implement first, and what may take more practice.
Saving the children of the next generation is critical to everyone's future and it begins with the above. Having children with powerful immune systems and strong minds starts with us, the adults. There's a quote in the movie A Place at the Table that says something like: people [our children] are living sicker and dying younger. A true, disturbing observation. Let's change that.
Once you are taking care of your health, then you will be working towards, or have reached, a state of well-being... a place where you are in tune with how your body feels: acutely aware of what serves you well or makes you ill. It's a wonderful place to arrive at, because it is a place where youhave the power to control your health and happiness.
Place inspiring affirmations and quotes throughout your home, work space, vehicle, bags or anywhere else you can find a place for a post-it note. By doing so, you learn these phrases so that the unconscious mind begins to automatically associate an affirmation or quote wherever you are without consciously reading it.
