Lunch Box Options for Kids

Ahhhhh! Getting ready for my little girl to go to Preschool, and I'm overwhelmed with figuring out what to pack! We eat primarily Paleo, but aren't strict - by any means; plus she's super picky.

Packing a lunch is new for me as my son's school will make a small variety of fairly nutritious meal options for him to choose. (So basically he's on his own - at five years old - while I'm crossing my fingers he picks similar foods we eat at home.)

I need resources and lists at a moments notice, because I can't think or plan like I did before kids. I thought by the time my youngest was three I would've "recovered," but there's just so much to keep track of even now! So, below are my go-to's to create nutritious, fun lunch box ideas.

Lunch Boxes

A user-friendly lunch box or container is ideal for healthy meals. I like the idea of multiple containers in a lunch bag or sleeve. That way there's less waste of plastic bags and it pushes me to "make" rather than "buy" pre-packaged items like fruit snacks or peanut butter crackers.
